Site Reliability Engineer

The Role
Build and operate systems to enhance the reliability, resiliency, and observability of the production environment.
Work across observability platforms, reliability tooling, incident response systems, operational automation, and resiliency capabilities.
Independently deliver well-scoped engineering projects and contribute to technical design.
Utilize production data and operational experience to improve systems used across engineering.
Apply AI throughout the engineering lifecycle, from understanding systems to accelerating development and automating tasks.
Continuously develop more effective ways of working with increasingly capable AI tools while applying sound engineering judgment.
What You'll Need
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong software development skills in languages like Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software, internal tooling, or infrastructure.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, monitoring, or production operations.
Experience participating in on-call or incident response for production systems.
Demonstrated ability to independently deliver projects, navigate technical ambiguity, and collaborate across teams.
