Role Description The VP of Cash Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s cash and liquidity strategies across real estate and wealth management activities. This role includes managing daily cash flows, monitoring bank balances, and ensuring efficient utilization of funds to support ongoing and planned projects. The VP will collaborate with finance, treasury, and sales teams to design and implement cash management solutions that align with business objectives and client needs. Key responsibilities include developing cash forecasting models, managing treasury services relationships, supporting sales efforts with tailored cash and treasury offerings, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and relevant regulations. The VP of Cash Management will also provide strategic insights to senior leadership on cash utilization, risk mitigation, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Cash Management, including cash flow analysis, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
Candidates should possess solid Finance skills, such as financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements.
Candidates should possess experience in Treasury Management and Treasury Services, including banking relationships, payment solutions, and risk management.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including consultative selling, client relationship management, and the ability to support sales teams with cash and treasury solutions.
Proven leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, or real estate, with a track record of driving results in cash and treasury functions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cross-functional teams and locations.
