About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and oversee execution. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, with proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello, is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and update stakeholders regularly on project milestones and deliverables.
