About The Role
We are seeking an Integration Engineer specializing in SAP EDI and B2B integrations to join our dynamic digital and enterprise technology team in Hyderabad, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, support, and optimize integration solutions that facilitate seamless communication between our internal systems and external partners, including customers, suppliers, and vendors. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining robust and scalable integration landscapes that support our global operations and ensure the smooth delivery of life-changing therapies. This is an office-first position, emphasizing in-person collaboration to foster close teamwork and real-time problem solving, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting and developing SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions within a large enterprise environment. A comprehensive understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and IDoc is essential, along with experience working with SAP integration technologies and middleware platforms. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex data exchange issues efficiently. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial for collaborating across global teams. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery is highly valued.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include designing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions to enable efficient communication across our supply chain and partner networks. You will work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, external partners, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Monitoring and troubleshooting EDI transactions will be key to ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, along with supporting integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using established middleware and communication standards. You will participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to maintain a compliant and stable integration environment. Contributing to the development of integration architecture, technical documentation, and best practices will be part of your role. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reliability, and overall integration performance.
