About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for the DACH region to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end recruiting processes, and strengthening our employer brand within the German-speaking markets. Your primary focus will be on attracting top-tier candidates across various functions, from scientific and technical roles to commercial and cross-functional positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, internal HR teams, and the European Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's growth, enhance our employer reputation, and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting within a medium-sized or large corporate environment, preferably with exposure to international or matrix organizations. You should have a deep understanding of the German labor market and proven expertise in sourcing, employer branding, and personal marketing strategies. Proficiency in digital recruiting channels, active sourcing, and conducting professional interviews is essential. Experience with applicant management systems such as Workday or similar platforms is advantageous. You must demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, acting as a reliable sparring partner for hiring managers and other stakeholders. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and regions. A proactive, results-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills are also key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Euroimmun DACH region, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from requisition to onboarding.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop clear and compelling job profiles aligned with departmental needs.
Implement targeted sourcing strategies, including active sourcing, job postings, and leveraging various recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, coordinate stakeholder involvement, and maintain accurate candidate data within Workday or similar systems.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism, transparency, and respect throughout the recruitment process.
Support operational activities related to employer branding and personal marketing, including managing social media campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives tailored to the German market.
Build and nurture talent pipelines across different hierarchies and functions to meet current and future staffing requirements.
Participate in strategic discussions regarding employer branding and positioning EUROIMMUN as an attractive employer in the diagnostics industry.
Contribute to cross-border recruitment activities in other European markets when needed, supporting the global talent acquisition strategy.
