About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Web Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic software development team in Kiel. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our control solutions, specifically the ECC 4.0 system and associated web-based applications and tools. The role involves designing and implementing modern web solutions, both on the frontend and backend, to enhance the usability, functionality, and performance of our digital products. This is a fixed-term position for 18 months, ideal for professionals eager to take responsibility, innovate, and shape the future of industrial digitalization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces that meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in technical informatics or a comparable field. They should bring several years of professional experience in fullstack web development, demonstrating proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies. Essential technical skills include strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, native JavaScript, and Python. Familiarity with common network protocols, database systems, and test frameworks is also required. The candidate should demonstrate a reliable, independent, and structured working style, complemented by excellent teamwork, initiative, and curiosity. Fluency in both German and English, in spoken and written form, is necessary to facilitate effective communication within our international environment.
Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive web architectures, covering both frontend and backend components.
Create and implement intuitive and modern user interfaces for our compressor controls, utilizing current web technologies.
Enhance and optimize our web-based tool landscape to improve efficiency and user experience.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure high quality and reliability of software solutions.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation to support ongoing development and future maintenance.
