Role Description The Listings Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and maintaining project listings and related data across Roarke Regenerative’s platforms and partner channels. This role oversees the accurate documentation of reforestation and habitat restoration projects, including key metrics, timelines, and impact summaries. The Listings Officer coordinates with internal teams and external partners to gather information, verify project details, and ensure consistent, clear presentation of listings. Daily activities include updating databases and online listings, preparing reports and summaries for stakeholders, tracking changes in project status, and supporting compliance with relevant standards and guidelines. The role also contributes to process improvements for data quality, documentation workflows, and information accessibility for Roarke’s global community and partners.
Qualifications
Strong skills in data entry, data management, and maintaining accurate records.
Experience with online platforms, content management systems, or listing/registry tools.
Ability to organize information, structure documentation, and follow standardized processes.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic database tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
Clear written communication skills for creating project descriptions, summaries, and reports.
Attention to detail and ability to verify information from multiple sources.
Comfort collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Interest in environmental sustainability, reforestation, or nonprofit work is highly beneficial.
Prior experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles is a plus.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (environmental studies, business, communications, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
Base salary: $160,000–$195,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive annual performance bonus
