Role Description The Web Designer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining visually engaging and user-friendly web pages that reflect TalesByDora’s brand and travel offerings. Day-to-day tasks include creating layouts, selecting visual elements, collaborating on graphics and imagery, and ensuring a consistent look and feel across the site. The role involves working closely with content and marketing teams to support campaigns, optimize user journeys, and improve site performance and accessibility. The Web Designer will also implement responsive design best practices and collaborate on front-end enhancements with developers. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
Strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills, with a portfolio showcasing modern, user-centered interfaces.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, including web-ready imagery and visual assets.
Practical experience with Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to implement and refine designs.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience using design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of travel, tourism, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
