Role Description The Graphic Web Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets that support TalesByDora’s travel brand and online presence. Day-to-day tasks include designing web graphics, layouts, and landing pages for promotions, tours, and blog content, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves developing and refining logos and branding elements, selecting and applying typography for web and marketing materials, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories. The designer will optimize graphics for web performance, maintain a cohesive look and feel across the website and social channels, and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts. Regular feedback sessions and iteration on design work are part of the role to ensure a high-quality, user-friendly experience for visitors.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for web and digital platforms.
Experience with Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection and layout for web and marketing materials.
Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar software.
Understanding of basic web design principles, responsive design, and user experience (UX) best practices.
Ability to collaborate with remote teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines independently.
Strong portfolio showcasing web design, branding, and graphic work; experience in travel or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Relevant education or training in graphic design, web design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
