Role Description The UI/UX Developer will design, implement, and refine user interfaces for TalesByDora’s web and mobile experiences, ensuring seamless and engaging journeys for travelers. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and content teams to translate travel concepts into intuitive interactions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and developing responsive front-end interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves conducting user research and usability testing, analyzing feedback and behavioral data, and iterating on designs to improve accessibility, performance, and overall user satisfaction. The UI/UX Developer will also maintain design systems, document interface patterns, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation. This is a full-time, remote role.
Qualifications
Strong UI/UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design for web and mobile interfaces.
Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
Experience with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and maintaining design systems or style guides.
Skills in user research, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
Understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in travel, e-commerce, or customer-facing digital products is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
