Lead Software Engineer

The Role
Lead high-stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production for diverse clients
Make immediate contributions to projects, rapidly building trust with clients
Lead architecture and software design discussions, balancing technology choices with deadlines
Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
Generate innovative solutions, both technical and non-technical, in partnership with teams and clients
Mentor colleagues, lead workshops, and contribute to the company's culture and hiring processes
What You'll Need
7+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in various software development projects
Ability to lead any software development engagement, demonstrating broad and deep expertise
Experience writing production-quality code in multiple languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, Go) and frameworks
Proficiency with AI-assistive development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, debugging, and documentation
Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features into products or systems
Strong communication skills to articulate outcomes, drive action items, and manage client relationships
