About The Role
The HR Business Analyst at Vaco LLC is a strategic partner responsible for enhancing HR processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. Qualifications
To qualify for the HR Business Analyst position, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as HRBP, HRIS, or Business Analysis certifications are preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR analysis, process improvement, or HR technology implementation.
