About The Role

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management regarding recruitment progress.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends.
