About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI developer with deep expertise in Agentic and Generative AI to lead the next wave of intelligent automation and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions integrated within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary focus will be on leveraging artificial intelligence, including custom MCP tooling, Agentic scoped applications, and third-party Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance workflows, automate complex processes, and deliver innovative business outcomes. You will architect and build custom AI solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences through intelligent automation. As a thought leader in AI, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption, experiment with emerging technologies, and contribute to Visa's enterprise AI strategy. Additionally, you will develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, manage the full lifecycle of these integrations—from API development and scripting to deployment—and ensure robust, secure, and scalable connections.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD, or a total of 8+ years of professional experience. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget by writing high-quality code, mentoring junior developers, and producing clear technical documentation is essential. The candidate should have experience designing robust, scalable, and complex architectural solutions that integrate across diverse technical ecosystems, working effectively within globally distributed teams. Hands-on experience with AI-powered solutions, APIs, web services, relational databases, and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and frameworks like RESTful and GraphQL APIs is required. Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and MCP servers or similar model-serving platforms is highly desirable. Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to analyze business workflows and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including creating custom MCP tooling and Agentic applications. You will leverage AI solutions to integrate third-party LLMs such as OpenAI and Google Gemini, driving intelligent automation and enhancing user experiences. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities, experimenting with emerging technologies, and delivering innovative, AI-driven business outcomes will be central to your role. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and AI components, ensuring seamless operation and reliability. Identifying requirement gaps and providing configuration options with clear advantages and disadvantages is essential. You will design intuitive, user-friendly software that allows customer-led customization and flexibility, working closely with business analysts to clarify requirements and architect effective AI solutions. Documenting technical designs and build processes, conducting research, and providing accurate time estimates for projects will be part of your responsibilities. Active participation in project meetings, daily scrums, and cross-functional collaboration will ensure project success. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, managing API development, scripting, and deployment processes.
