Role Description The Vice President of Professional Services is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of MMK’s professional services organization. This role oversees service delivery, including consulting engagements, implementation projects, and training programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring service teams, defining and refining business processes, and establishing performance metrics and best practices. The Vice President collaborates with sales, product, and executive leadership to align service offerings with business goals and client needs, while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth. This role also involves direct engagement with key clients, resolving escalations, and promoting a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the professional services function.
Qualifications
Strong background in Professional Services leadership, including experience building and scaling service delivery teams and frameworks.
Demonstrated expertise in Consulting and Business Process Improvement, with a track record of optimizing workflows and enhancing client outcomes.
Advanced Project Management skills, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and implementing standardized methodologies.
Experience designing and delivering Training programs for internal teams and client stakeholders, with an emphasis on knowledge transfer and adoption.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote environment, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities, including experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prior experience in an executive or senior leadership role within services, consulting, or related domains; experience in technology or SaaS environments is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) beneficial but not required.
