Position Overview
AI for E-Commerce is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and support sustainable growth. The CFO will work closely with the executive team on financial planning, forecasting, capital management, and strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements
Manage financial risks, internal controls, and compliance matters
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team
Support strategic initiatives, fundraising, partnership development, and business expansion
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Extensive experience in senior financial management
Prior experience in technology, e-commerce, AI, or high-growth companies is preferred
Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
