About the Role
AI for E-Commerce is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and overall financial operations.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to support business growth, improve financial performance, manage risk, and help guide long-term strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and overall financial performance.
Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Develop financial strategies that support business growth.
Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, and financial controls.
Monitor costs, margins, and profitability.
Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships when needed.
Manage financial risk and ensure strong internal controls.
Work closely with leadership on expansion and investment decisions.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
Previous senior finance leadership experience required.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and business strategy.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience in technology, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth company is preferred.
CPA, MBA, or similar qualification is a plus.
