We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Lead an agile development team following Agile Product Ownership principles
Manage ticket and backlog, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
Collaborate with Product Manager and Business Analyst to prepare requirements and concepts based on User-Centered Design
Develop clear user stories for development projects
Work closely with developers and software architects to create innovative solutions
What You'll Need
Several years of outstanding professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Health Data, digital health solutions, or health IT
Proven experience in developing user-centric products
Completed university degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of data management, data protection, and relevant regulatory requirements
Knowledge and proven experience with agile methodologies, moderation, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for creative problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and curiosity; fluent in German and English
