Internal Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Oversee the functional and operational responsibility for the partner and customer portal (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP Field Service Manager.
Administer and continuously develop applications, coordinating change requests and their implementation.
Manage technical requirements, performing requirements engineering from analysis to stakeholder coordination.
Plan, coordinate, and document end-to-end tests, define test cases, and lead optimization measures.
Manage user and authorization for the partner and customer portal.
Plan, control, and support integration projects between various systems.
Act as a central interface between departments, IT, and external partners.
Design and support training and onboarding measures for system adoption.
What You'll Need
Several years of professional experience in Application Management, IT Project Management, or Requirements Engineering.
Experience in supporting and developing digital platforms, portals, or enterprise applications, ideally in the SAP environment.
Knowledge of requirements management and software testing (planning, execution, documentation).
Good understanding of system integrations, interfaces, and digital business processes.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work ethic with strong service and quality orientation.
Proficient communication with various stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
Ideally, knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Field Service Manager, or similar enterprise systems.
Fluent in German and good English language skills.
