Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Lead innovative IT projects in the DACH region, with a focus on implementing modern hospital information systems (KIS).
Manage project teams, partners, and third-party providers, coordinating project tasks and resources.
Perform risk management, prepare management reports, and decision templates.
Build dynamic, interdisciplinary teams and foster an agile, collaborative work environment.
Oversee and control project financial aspects, including budgeting and effective controlling.
What You'll Need
Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, health management) or comparable qualification.
Experience in leading digitalization projects, preferably in a hospital environment.
Analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Business acumen and controlling skills, including cost control and quality assurance.
Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and with customers.
Willingness to travel and very good communication skills in German.
