Senior Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Oversee software components for health data creation, maintenance, and communication
Conduct comprehensive market analyses and competitor monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (development, marketing, sales, customer service)
Prioritize product features and requirements based on feedback and strategic goals
Proactively communicate with stakeholders, conduct product reviews, and develop pricing strategies
Lead a team and evolve product strategy and vision (after onboarding)
What You'll Need
Several years of professional experience as a Product Manager in healthcare IT
Proven track record in launching innovative digital solutions; ideally, initial leadership experience
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements
Ability to identify the needs of medical professionals and translate them into successful product strategies
Passion for creative problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and an innovative mindset
Fluent German and English language skills
