Senior Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Plan, implement, and control complex IT large-scale projects for modern hospital information systems (KIS) in large enterprise environments.
Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams, partners, and third-party vendors, coordinating complex project tasks and resources.
Prepare and draft steering committee meetings, manage risks and stakeholders, generate management reports and decision templates.
Ensure smooth, transparent communication, professionally handle escalations, and be responsible for the strategic development of key C-level customers.
Monitor and control financial aspects of large-scale projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and effective controlling in a large enterprise context.
What You'll Need
Several years of experience leading complex digitization and transformation projects in clinical settings, ideally in large hospital groups or corporations.
Specialist and process knowledge from the clinical environment, and IPMA certification are advantageous.
Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, health management, business informatics) or comparable qualification.
Analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style, with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork and client interaction.
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills, internally and with demanding C-level stakeholders.
High willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in German.
