HR Recruiter for Thrissur

Role Description The HR Recruiter (Thrissur role) at is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The HR Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, update job postings, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with different teams to understand hiring needs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting onboarding processes. The role also includes preparing recruitment reports and contributing to HR initiatives that strengthen workforce planning and talent engagement.
Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Understanding of basic HR practices, employment documentation, and onboarding procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in recruitment for multiple roles or domains is an advantage, especially within regional markets.
Capacity to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
