1. About Our Client:
The organization operates in the insurance and risk management software industry. 2. About the Opportunity:
The Associate Technical Account Manager role is responsible for delivering technical configuration, enhancement, and optimization services across multiple client environments. This position ensures client environments remain stable, efficient, and scalable by translating technical needs into platform solutions, collaborating with various teams, and driving continuous improvement.
3. Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise and guidance across client engagements.
Implement configuration changes and enhancements in client environments.
Advise on system configuration, integrations, and insurance data workflows.
Conduct unit testing and document client-specific configurations and procedures.
Produce accurate level-of-effort estimates for technical work.
Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align work with contracted scope and communicate risks.
Support client success plans, adoption efforts, and business reviews.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services to ensure technical health and smooth operations.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or SaaS account management.
Proficiency in SQL, XML, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, API integrations, data structures, and cloud environments.
Ability to read logs, debug configurations, and interpret data relationships.
Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work independently.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of insurance and risk management processes.
Familiarity with the Origami Risk platform or similar SaaS solutions preferred.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Starting base pay ranges from $77,974 to $97,468, dependent on experience and other factors.
Eligible for bonus and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
