2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer role is designed to lead the technical development and strategic planning of robotic automation initiatives. This position is responsible for designing functional architectures and automation strategies that align with client needs, contributing directly to improving process efficiency and automation outcomes. The role collaborates with various stakeholders to define and execute RPA roadmaps, ensuring scalable and secure automation solutions.
3. Responsibilities:
Develop robotic automation project plans and establish critical governance and production support models for client-facing systems
Design functional architectures and formulate optimal robotic automation strategies based on domain-specific requirements
Design and customize real-time dashboards to monitor utilization, queue volumes, and workforce efficiency
Analyze current business workflows and conceptualize future automated solutions
Lead RPA technical development and planning activities in collaboration with key stakeholders
Work with Business Analysts to analyze requirements, prioritize work streams, and support development through integration, testing, and production
Provide technical guidance on security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery, and uptime
Oversee RPA delivery methodology to identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities
Represent Development in the organization''s Automation Centers of Excellence
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in RPA and intelligent process automation
4. Requirements:
Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in robotic process automation
Ability to develop robotic automation project plans and establish governance and production support models
Experience designing functional architectures and automation strategies based on domain requirements
Skills in designing and customizing real-time dashboards for operational monitoring
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
