The Emergency Fire Response Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the immediate response to fire damage emergencies. This position serves as the primary contact for clients affected by fire incidents, facilitating the assessment of damage and coordinating necessary emergency services. The role supports property owners throughout the restoration and claims process, ensuring efficient collaboration with fire departments, vendors, and insurance adjusters.
3. Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for fire-damaged properties, responding promptly to client needs.
Conduct initial site assessments to evaluate fire, smoke, and water damage.
Coordinate emergency board-ups, roof tarping, and structural stabilization through trusted vendors.
Maintain relationships with local fire departments and first responders to assist clients.
Educate property owners about the restoration process and available resources.
Collaborate with internal restoration teams and insurance adjusters to facilitate claims.
4. Requirements:
Retired firefighter or experienced emergency responder with knowledge of fire-related disasters.
Ability to assess damage, prioritize responses, and coordinate with vendors.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with fire restoration, property damage, and insurance processes is advantageous.
