3. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement software solutions using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Use Agile methodologies to efficiently deliver software.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
Work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
4. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing web applications with Python.
Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
Knowledge of object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, database design, and data modeling.
Strong understanding of RESTful API development.
Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django).
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.
Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
Experience with Agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in client-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
Familiarity with data engineering tools including Pandas, NumPy, Spark, and Airflow.
Understanding of secure programming practices and authentication mechanisms.
Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS Lambda.
Familiarity with GenAI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary range: $117,987 to $162,851 USD.
Annual bonus opportunity based on firmwide goals and determined by the executive team.
Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
