2. About the Opportunity:
The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert responsible for resolving incidents, monitoring software and infrastructure, and providing timely updates and solutions to clients. This remote role supports second shift hours and is crucial for maintaining effective system operations and client satisfaction by diagnosing issues, guiding resolution efforts, and preventing recurrence.
3. Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve client issues, guiding teams to root causes and implementing preventive solutions.
Collaborate independently with customers, users, and technical resources to define solutions.
Document root causes and resolutions; develop training materials.
Provide clear and concise documentation.
Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
Monitor and resolve incidents in the incident queue.
Serve as an escalation point during on-call shifts.
Continuously update skills and stay current with industry technologies.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration and development.
Experience with JDA/Blue Yonder tools such as MOCA tracing, Microsoft SQL Server, Integrator, and Reporting.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in SQL and complex query writing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Oracle Database, and Körber WMS is advantageous.
Ability to work remote in the U.S. during second shift Eastern Time hours.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Annual salary range: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00.
Actual salary will be based on skills, experience, certifications, licenses, and other relevant factors.
