2. About the Opportunity:
The Provider Relations Specialist plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with referring providers within a designated territory. This position is responsible for coordinating care communication between internal treatment teams and external providers, enhancing client and family experiences. The role impacts the organization by expanding community engagement, increasing patient referrals, and strengthening professional partnerships that support recovery efforts.
3. Responsibilities:
Manage professional relationships with referring providers in the assigned territory
Coordinate communication between treatment teams and external providers to ensure client care continuity
Develop and implement comprehensive outreach and business development plans
Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to identify needs and address barriers
Expand referral channels and increase awareness of services among providers
Represent the organization at conferences and networking events
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and tours
Respond promptly to service and referral inquiries to support families and providers
Participate in quarterly field rides with clinical outreach leadership
Manage expenses and company credit card usage as assigned
Perform additional duties as needed
4. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
Preferred experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in marketing, communications, psychology, or social work
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Starting salary range between $95,000 and $125,000
Uncapped incentive compensation plan
Final compensation based on qualifications and experience
