IT Support Specialist

The Role
• Manage and mentor an End User Support Specialist, setting priorities and supporting their professional growth.
• Oversee the daily coordination of IT support tickets, acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshooting issues directly and modeling strong service orientation.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation within IT support workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Own IT procurement processes, from vendor selection to ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure seamless IT onboarding and offboarding for a globally distributed team.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations, with proven team management or mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to automate workflows and improve support processes.
• Experience with user access management in a multi-SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of LAN and WLAN infrastructures, including network device management.
• Familiarity with Linux (desktop and server) and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with MDM and EDR products.
