Role Description As a Product Designer at Egotechworld, you will work full time in a remote capacity, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive digital experiences. You will lead and participate in user research activities, translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs, and iterate based on feedback and data. On a day-to-day basis, you will define user flows, design interfaces, maintain design systems, and ensure consistency across products. You will contribute to product strategy through design thinking, present your work in cross-functional reviews, and support implementation by providing clear specifications and assets to development teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills for end-to-end solution creation and problem solving.
Candidates should possess User Research and UX Research skills to gather insights, validate concepts, and inform design decisions.
Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to create clear, consistent, and engaging interfaces aligned with brand standards.
Experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams, communicate design rationale clearly, and receive and incorporate feedback.
Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
Relevant experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer; a portfolio demonstrating product work across the design process.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
