We’re looking for an IT Intern to join Mrsool as part of a university internship / COOP program.
You’ll work closely with our IT team, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, and learn how day-to-day IT operations support our teams and business.

What You Will Do💡
Support the IT team with day-to-day technical requests and troubleshooting.
Assist with setting up laptops, accounts, software, and other IT equipment for employees.
Help track and manage IT assets and equipment.
Support basic system, network, and access-related tasks.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT requirements.
Keep IT records and documentation organized and up to date.
Work with the team on ongoing IT tasks and projects.
Requirements
What Are We Looking For❓
A university student majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Eligible for a university internship / COOP training program.
Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Able to work well with different teams and provide helpful IT support.
Available to complete the required university training period.
