About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications that operate within a regulated SaaS environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions that meet business and customer needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative software solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Angular, Spring Boot, reactive architectures, and relational databases. As a key member of our engineering team, you will also mentor junior engineers, participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and advocate for best practices in automation, testing, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda, along with strong proficiency in Java (preferably versions 17-22), JavaScript, and SQL. Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools including Angular or React, Spring Boot & Spring Reactive, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Git/GitLab is essential. Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), automated testing tools like Selenium and Cucumber, and API testing is required. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming will be advantageous. Experience working within an Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment and using release management tools such as Jira is also preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, comfort working remotely, and the ability to thrive in a regulated software development environment.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and supporting SaaS-based solutions within an agile team. You will develop and maintain innovative software that addresses both customer and business requirements, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, development standards, and engineering best practices. Automation will be a key focus, including automating testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure software quality, maintainability, and compliance with regulatory standards is essential. You will evaluate system enhancements and releases for their impact on business processes and end-users. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including business, product, and technology partners, is critical to align solutions with organizational goals. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support validation requirements in a regulated environment, ensuring all solutions meet compliance standards and business needs.
