🚀 Hiring: Finance Information Systems Coordinator (Workday Reporting) | Remote | Healthcare Finance
We're seeking an experienced Finance Information Systems Coordinator to support a major healthcare organization's finance systems and reporting initiatives.
💻 Location: Remote
📅 Contract: Through March 2027

What You'll Do:
✅ Create, modify, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards
✅ Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities
✅ Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to improve reporting and system functionality
✅ Develop ad hoc and scheduled financial reports for business stakeholders
✅ Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
✅ Assist with accounting operations and financial system support as needed
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
✔ 5+ years of Accounting, Finance Systems, ERP, or related experience
✔ Strong experience with Workday Reporting (highly preferred)
✔ ERP/Financial Systems experience (Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.)
✔ Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
✔ Experience collaborating with Finance and IT teams
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Healthcare industry experience
⭐ Financial systems administration experience
⭐ Financial statement preparation experience
⭐ CPA, CMA, or CHFP certification
⭐ Business Intelligence and dashboard development experience
