job description
 Lead and manage end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, upgrade, migration, and integration projects.
 Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
 Manage Teamcenter projects across multiple business units, engineering teams, and manufacturing environments.
 Coordinate with Teamcenter architects, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and functional consultants.
 Oversee Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment activities.
 Manage Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE, workflows, and product data management initiatives.
 Lead Teamcenter integration projects involving SAP, ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
 Manage Teamcenter version upgrades, legacy PLM migrations, and data migration activities.
 Ensure successful execution of system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
 Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
 Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project status meetings.
 Manage project scope, change requests, project documentation, and stakeholder communications.
 Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align PLM solutions with business objectives.
 Coordinate with onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure timely project completion.
 Provide regular project status reports, KPI dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
 Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and project management methodologies.
