Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Executive position for a US Process, located in Rajarhat and scheduled primarily during night shifts. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The executive will document and track customer issues, escalate complex cases as needed, and follow defined processes to meet service-level expectations. The position also includes working with internal teams to resolve problems, updating records accurately, and maintaining professional communication aligned with US business hours. Training will be provided, and the role offers opportunities to grow within a technology-driven, process-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly, professionally, and courteously with customers and internal stakeholders.
Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to positive customer experiences.
Analytical Skills to understand customer problems, interpret information, and follow structured procedures to reach effective solutions.
Ability to work night shifts and align with US time zones, with a high level of reliability and time management.
Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and data entry; willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions, adapt to feedback, and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
