Entry Level Sales Executive - Night Shift - US Process

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Sales Executive position for a US process, based in Rajarhat and aligned with night shift working hours. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and presenting Verex Engineering LLC’s multi-cloud and engineering services in a clear, professional manner. The Sales Executive will qualify leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and follow up regularly to build and maintain strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include meeting individual and team sales targets, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and providing timely feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies. The role also requires adherence to company policies, participation in regular training, and consistent communication with supervisors regarding performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and active listening abilities.
Candidates should possess sales and customer service skills, such as lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Candidates should possess basic computer and CRM skills, including data entry, email handling, and familiarity with sales or support tools.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle night shift work, multiple leads, and follow-ups efficiently.
Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand and explain technology services in a simple, professional way.
Ability to work night shifts for US process and reliably commute to the Rajarhat office is required.
Entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, are encouraged to apply; prior BPO, telesales, or inside sales experience is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong performers.
