Role Description The Program Manager role at Skillofy_AI is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of learning programs across tech and non-tech domains. This role involves coordinating curriculum development, managing program timelines, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and learner outcomes. The Program Manager collaborates with instructors, mentors, and cross-functional teams to design engaging learning experiences, monitor program performance, and implement improvements based on feedback and data. Daily tasks include managing stakeholder communication, tracking key performance indicators, resolving operational issues, and supporting learners throughout their journeys. The role also includes contributing to new program initiatives and optimizing processes to enhance scalability and impact.
Qualifications
Program management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking multiple initiatives.
Experience in curriculum or learning program design, with a focus on practical and industry-relevant outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with mentors, instructors, and learners.
Analytical skills to interpret program metrics, learner feedback, and operational data for continuous improvement.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital platforms used for online learning and project management.
Background in edtech, education, technology, or related fields is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
