Role Description The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of multiple learning programs across tech and non-tech domains. This role oversees program roadmaps, defines success metrics, coordinates cross-functional teams (instructors, content, product, marketing, and operations), and ensures high-quality learner experiences from enrollment through completion. Day-to-day activities include managing program timelines and budgets, optimizing delivery processes, monitoring learner feedback and performance data, and driving initiatives to improve engagement, completion rates, and career outcomes. The Senior Program Manager also collaborates on new program launches, supports partnerships with organizations, and contributes to strategic decisions around curriculum design and AI-powered learning solutions. This is a full-time, remote role.
Qualifications
Program and project management skills, including experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and managing timelines, budgets, and risks.
Strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to define program goals, build roadmaps, and align initiatives with business and learner outcomes.
Stakeholder and team management skills, including cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and clear communication with internal and external partners.
Data-driven decision-making skills, including analyzing program performance metrics, learner feedback, and operational data to guide improvements.
Experience in edtech, higher education, professional training, or talent development, ideally with exposure to AI, tech, or product/program management domains.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present program plans, reports, and recommendations to leadership and partners.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and adapt in a fast-evolving setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Education, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, product or program management) are a plus.
