Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Higher Ed Institutional and Corporate Partnership Manager at Skillofy_AI. The role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with universities, colleges, and corporate partners to expand Skillofy_AI’s programs and AI solutions. The manager will design and negotiate partnership proposals, coordinate joint initiatives such as co-branded programs and learning pathways, and ensure effective onboarding and ongoing engagement of institutional and corporate stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach, leading partner meetings, managing accounts, tracking partnership performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as product, learning, and marketing to deliver high-impact outcomes. The role also requires maintaining an understanding of trends in higher education, corporate learning, and AI-driven talent development to inform partnership strategy.
Qualifications
Ability to build and manage Corporate Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships across higher education institutions and organizations.
Experience in Corporate Fundraising, including developing proposals, securing sponsorships, and managing funding relationships.
Proven Account Management skills to oversee partner relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support long-term collaboration.
Strong Communication skills, including stakeholder communication, presentation, and negotiation.
Experience working with or within higher education, edtech, L&D, or corporate training environments is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Comfort with data-driven decision making, including tracking KPIs and using insights to refine partnership strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and future-of-work skills, with willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
