Role Description The Vice President, Global Strategic Projects is a full-time remote role responsible for leading high-impact initiatives that support ARIZE HR’s global growth and operational excellence. This role oversees the design, planning, and execution of strategic projects across multiple regions and industry verticals, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and establishing clear success metrics. The Vice President will analyze market and operational data, recommend process improvements, and drive change management across teams. This position collaborates closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, optimize global delivery models, and strengthen client and partner relationships.
Qualifications
Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and project management skills, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Expertise in global operations, process optimization, and change management within professional services, consulting, recruitment, or related industries.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in remote or distributed environments.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into clear action plans.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including proficiency in using reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to monitor performance and outcomes.
Experience working across multiple industry sectors or regions; exposure to HR, talent acquisition, or executive search is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain a high level of accountability and integrity.
