Role Description The Vice President of Global Strategy and Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and executing ARIZE HR’s global growth and operational excellence agenda. This position leads the development of long-term business strategies, oversees regional and global operating models, and ensures alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution. The role includes managing cross-border projects, optimizing processes, and establishing performance metrics to drive efficiency and scalability across functions and markets. The Vice President collaborates closely with senior leadership, client-facing teams, and operational staff to enhance service delivery, expand market presence, and support entry into new sectors or geographies. This role also involves monitoring financial performance, managing budgets related to strategic initiatives, and establishing governance frameworks that support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Experience in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating the financial impact of strategic and operational initiatives.
Proven expertise in strategic planning and business planning to design and implement long-term growth and expansion strategies.
Demonstrated project management capabilities to lead cross-functional, global initiatives and deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, ideally within professional services, HR consulting, recruitment, or related industries.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Track record of building scalable processes, driving operational improvements, and implementing performance measurement frameworks.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Comfort with remote leadership, digital collaboration tools, and working across distributed teams and global markets.
