Role Description The Vice President, Global Strategic Projects is a full-time remote role responsible for leading high-impact initiatives that support ARIZE HR’s growth, operational excellence, and global expansion. This position oversees the planning, execution, and governance of strategic projects, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business priorities. Key day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and objectives, developing timelines and resource plans, managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and mitigating risks. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, improving internal processes, and coordinating with stakeholders across different geographies to ensure successful project delivery. The Vice President will mentor project teams, promote best practices in project management, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate organizational goals into executable projects.
Advanced project and program management capabilities, including experience with project governance, risk management, and performance tracking.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience in global or multi-region operations, preferably in professional services, recruitment, HR consulting, or related industries.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and driving cross-functional alignment in a remote environment.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making and use of analytics and reporting tools to monitor and optimize strategic initiatives.
High level of adaptability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in fast-changing business contexts.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Previous experience in a senior role (e.g., Director, VP) managing large-scale projects or transformations is strongly preferred.
