Role Description The Vice President, Global Strategic Projects is a full-time remote role responsible for leading high-impact initiatives across ARIZE HR’s portfolio of sectors. This role oversees the design, planning, and execution of global strategic programs that strengthen the firm’s recruitment capabilities, client service offerings, and internal operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and objectives, aligning stakeholders on priorities, managing timelines and resources, and tracking performance against key metrics. The Vice President collaborates with senior leadership, recruitment teams, and external partners to identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and implement best practices across geographies. The role also includes driving change management, ensuring effective communication of project goals and outcomes, and supporting business development through strategic insights and market analysis.
Qualifications
Strong strategic planning, project management, and program leadership skills, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or professional services, ideally across multiple sectors or regions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including comfort with interpreting data and using insights to guide strategy.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
Demonstrated capability in change management, process improvement, and operational efficiency in a growth-oriented environment.
Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and remote work practices; ability to lead distributed teams effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Global mindset, cultural adaptability, and willingness to work across time zones and diverse markets.
