Are you an experienced project leader capable of managing multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, leading project teams, controlling quality and timelines, and handling high-value client relationships?
We are looking for a seasoned Project Head – Multi-Site Operations to lead and govern project execution across multiple ongoing and upcoming interior fit-out sites.
This is a high-responsibility leadership role with direct ownership of project delivery, quality, schedules, resources, client satisfaction and operational performance.

Location: Vasna – Bhayli Road, Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 5–10+ Years
Salary: ₹1,00,000/month
Employment: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:20 AM – 6:50 PM
Reporting To: Executive Leadership / Company Management
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and govern multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously
• Establish and enforce multi-site QA/QC standards and inspection protocols
• Conduct regular site audits covering quality, safety and compliance
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations
• Develop and monitor Gantt, PERT and Bar Chart schedules
• Track critical-path milestones and implement recovery plans when required
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational dashboards for executive leadership
• Evaluate new projects for scope, feasibility and resource requirements
• Coordinate with Design and Estimation teams for smooth project mobilisation
• Optimize cross-project allocation of manpower, materials and specialized agencies
• Act as the primary executive-level client contact across projects
• Resolve escalated client and site issues promptly
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage and unauthorized costs
• Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards
Candidate Requirements
✔️ B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Architecture or equivalent
✔️ PG in Project Management will be an advantage
✔️ 5–10+ years of proven leadership experience in project execution with multi-site interior handling
✔️ Advanced knowledge of Gantt, PERT, Bar Charts and Critical Path Tracking
✔️ Strong understanding of multi-site QA/QC systems and audit methodologies
✔️ Strong material planning, consumption monitoring and cost-control expertise
✔️ Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractor networks
✔️ Excellent strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔️ Strong executive-level client communication and relationship management
✔️ Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple geographically distributed fit-out projects simultaneously
Key Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Quality: 100% compliance with QA checklists and zero recurring quality deviations.
Delivery: Proactive management of multi-site schedules with recovery plans for project variances.
Client Satisfaction: Prompt resolution of escalated site queries, with the JD targeting resolution within 24 hours.
Cost Control: Keeping material wastage within approved norms of <3–5% and avoiding unauthorized cost overruns.
