About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive with proven experience in industrial machinery or capital equipment sales.
The role involves visiting factories and manufacturing units, identifying new business opportunities, understanding clients' technical requirements, recommending suitable machinery solutions, and closing B2B sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new industrial clients and B2B sales opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to factories, manufacturing units, and industrial estates.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations and follow up on enquiries.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close profitable deals.
Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain records of field visits and sales pipelines.
Candidate Requirements
✅ Prior experience in industrial machinery sales or capital equipment sales is mandatory.
✅ Mechanical Engineering background preferred (Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent technical qualification).
✅ Fluency in Gujarati and English is required.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
✅ Willingness to travel regularly for industrial visits across the assigned territory.
✅ Self-motivated, independent, and target-oriented approach.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical competency.
Attractive performance-based sales incentives.
