Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in interior fit-out execution and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously?
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager – Multi-Site Operations to drive project execution, quality, schedules, contractor coordination and on-ground operations across multiple interior fit-out projects in Vadodara.
This is a hands-on operational role connecting site execution with project planning and senior management.

Position: Project Manager – Multi-Site Operations
Location: Vasna – Bhayli Road, Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 4–5+ Years (5+ preferred)
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month
Employment: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:20 AM – 6:50 PM
Reporting To: Project Head / Operations Leadership
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple active interior fit-out sites and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
• Conduct multi-trade QA audits covering civil, carpentry, electrical, MEP, painting, false ceiling and furnishings
• Ensure execution complies with company quality standards and approved design specifications
• Identify workmanship deviations and ensure timely rectification before client handover
• Maintain standardized site quality checklists and QA documentation
• Monitor project progress against defined checkpoints and milestones
• Verify material receipts, stage completion and snag closures before stage transitions
• Guide and support Site Supervisors in resolving on-ground execution issues
• Ensure accurate attendance, material logs and Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)
• Coordinate with the Project Planner to align site execution with the master schedule
• Prepare and manage 7-day lookahead plans for every active site
• Compare planned vs. actual progress and identify schedule deviations early
• Brief contractor agencies on weekly work scopes and resolve technical/design queries
• Coordinate manpower scaling with contractors based on project requirements
• Escalate manpower shortages to the Agency Manager to prevent project delays
Candidate Requirements
✔️ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
✔️ 4–5 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years preferred
✔️ Proven experience in interior fit-out project management with multi-site exposure
✔️ Strong technical knowledge across civil, MEP, carpentry, modular joinery, false ceiling, paint and finishing
✔️ High proficiency in MS Excel, Project ERP and architectural drawing analysis
✔️ Experience with lookahead planning and project tracking
✔️ Ability to manage multiple concurrent sites and competing priorities
✔️ Strong on-ground troubleshooting and decision-making skills
✔️ Professional communication with supervisors, planners, contractors, vendors and clients
✔️ Ability to mentor Site Supervisors and enforce site safety, protocols and reporting discipline
