About the Opportunity:
The TECHNICAL SOURCER plays a crucial role in building talent pipelines for Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure the organization attracts top-tier candidates ahead of hiring needs. This position contributes by developing sourcing strategies, identifying new talent markets, and engaging candidates early to support informed hiring decisions and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Build and own talent pipelines across Engineering, Product, and Design.
Map talent markets and discover new sources of candidates.
Develop sourcing strategies utilizing outbound efforts, referrals, communities, universities, and new channels.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and refine searches.
Analyze data and market insights to identify gaps and adjust sourcing strategies.
Engage candidates from initial contact through screening, aligning with team feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, specifically with technical talent.
Proven skills in sourcing hard-to-reach candidates.
Effective outreach communication that attracts passive talent.
Strong judgment, curiosity, and ability to quickly learn new talent markets.
Proficiency with data analysis and adaptability to changing priorities.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Estimated compensation range: $115,000 to $130,000 USD.
