About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - TREASURY will lead the development of end-to-end onboarding, portfolio recommendation, dashboard, and tooling experiences that manage substantial customer assets. This role is critical in shaping the technical architecture and user experience of the Treasury product, collaborating across multiple teams to deliver customer-facing features, and ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions that support the organization's financial services.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving engineering, operations, compliance, banking, and risk teams
Define and implement the technical architecture of the Treasury product
Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver features for customers and internal users
Take ownership and responsibility for the product's development and future direction
Mentor engineers at various experience levels
Requirements:
Over 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering, including backend systems and customer-facing applications
Effective communication and collaboration skills with peers and cross-functional teams
Proven experience leading technical projects with multiple stakeholders
Product-minded approach considering both API users and end customers
Knowledge of regulatory domains including registered investment advisor and broker-dealer operations involving equities, fixed income, and mutual funds
Passion for mentoring junior and senior engineers
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
US Senior I: $166,600 - $208,300 USD
US Senior II: $200,700 - $250,900 USD
Canadian Senior I: $157,400 - $196,800 CAD
Canadian Senior II: $189,700 - $237,100 CAD
