About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
You will gain hands-on experience managing real recruitment processes, interacting with candidates and supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Identify and shortlist suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and professional networks.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills and availability.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement: Communicate with applicants, share job details and conduct regular follow-ups.
Job Posting: Publish and manage internship and full-time job openings across various hiring platforms.
Recruitment Tracking: Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
Onboarding Support: Assist with offer letters, documentation and onboarding formalities for new hires.
HR Operations: Support employee records, attendance tracking and other day-to-day HR activities.
Who Can Apply?
Students pursuing or graduates of BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA or related disciplines.
Freshers interested in HR, recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident in speaking with candidates over phone calls and conducting initial interviews.
Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and professional email communication.
Proactive, responsible and comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Must have a personal laptop, stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
Available full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
No prior HR experience required. Training and guidance will be provided.
